Initially when we started our site we thought that we were going to serve simply as a local 24/7 repair company with a local client base. We did not fathom that soon, our site was going to become a high-ranking repair consumer "go to" site and resource.

We rank high in Google and Bing search engine results for a national audience seeking urgent service and repairs with over 89 related keywords indexed (many pages on this site are accessed directly through google search

 the co-operative. We believe that a symbiotic relationship between these

 resources could help us all collectively and individually succeed more 
than we could al-one.

and have "Old Fashioned Values". We seek to be in integrity and believe in 
treating our employees well and feel that employees deserve to share in the
success of the business. Our team members are rewarded with income that
is generous and equitable and their appreciation is reflected in the quality of
service that they provide.

expanding-- our mission remains to remain local! Our goal is to
support your existing independent local  service company primarily
through providing advertising leads while maintaining our high standard of
excellence and integrity to the benefit of consumers and the trade.

As small business owners ourselves as much frustration dealing with
companies that charged us thousands of dollars for ineffective 
Now that we finally succeeded with marketing we now want to bring
this advantage to support your local independent service business
owners with providing them with affordable advertising!  We have
found that many local small independently owned and operated
servicers lack the web presence that they deserve and save them
time and money. We sincerely want to share resources, information
and support for our colleagues because the time has come that we work 
together so that we can all flourish.


 
We believe in being transparent about our repair prices: When you ask,
we instruct our staff to be candid about the likely price range that you would
ordinarily expect to pay!

Honesty is policy! We seek employees with upstanding character. The
management stresses the importance of avoiding unnecessary replacements
of parts. A number of former employers have criticized the founder of our
company for not ‘selling’ parts or costly repairs to their customers!
Consequently: 

When customers call us to repair their refrigerators, we often advise them
about the little known five year warranty that some manufacturers
(including GE) offer. Some might charge for labor but often offer the 
"sealed system parts" for free. This often includes a replacement of the
compressor. If we know that you can have the repair done for free under the
warranty, we want to inform you because we want to treat you the way that
we would like to be treated. In fact, our HVAC repair rates are often very
competitive and we often charge less then the competition. 


We have a comprehensive approach to providing service with a long term
mindset: We prefer to think about the benefits of being fair to our customers.
We’d rather have a satisfied customer who will want to call again and again
and recommend us to his/her acquaintances and neighbors. When we charge
less than competitors we feel that we are making a long term investment in
our business with the firm belief that the word-of-mouth and customer
satisfaction will bring us great success.

We believe that charging lower fees for estimates could be beneficial for the
repair industry:
With repair and estimate prices being very excessive - people are discouraged
from calling a repair company. Many customers do not want to pay a fortune
just to find out that it will cost as much as a new appliance to repair the
existing one. Consequently many opt to simply throw away their appliance
and spend an average of $400 - $600 for a new appliance. Often people have
no idea what is wrong with the existing appliance and have no idea of how
much it might have cost to repair it. 


We build our reputation one customer at a time, and prefer that
"others recommend us". Rather than spending a fortune on flashy
publicity, we think it is best to have our satisfied customers spread
the word - this way we can pass the savings from advertising on to
you our customers
