A necessary step to qualify for any of our special promotions is that you speak to a service manager before scheduling an appointment. We reserve the right to limit this promotion. We are seeking customers who we feel are serious and where we feel that there is a high probability that the customer will proceed with the repair.

We offer the Free-Estimate for customers who would be interested in performing a repair as long as it is with in a reasonable price range.

There are situations that we may provide a (probable) diagnosis and a price range for the likely repair over the phone.

This free estimate offer would typically include the first 15 minutes of troubleshooting - which is the average time needed for most ordinary malfunctions.

Free estimates apply to non-emergency calls when we have a technician slotted to be in your area (in addition to arranging the Free Estimate appointment with a service manager).
