My air conditioner stopped working over the weekend. I called 24/7 expressand they were able to send a technician right away to fix it for me. i would recomend them to all my friends they are very helpful and curtious.

24x7 provides really good repair service (my washer and dryer both stopped working at the same time) with good rates and friendly personnel. They had me up and running in less than two hours, at a price I could afford. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with 24/7 Express Affordable Repairs. The technician Mike showed up in a timely manner. He got right to work identifying what the exact issue was. My sister and I had discussed just getting a new refrigerator, however it was not that serious and Mike was able to repair it in under an hour. Our tech was pleasant, professional, and quite knowledgeable. The price was very fair it would have been at least $150.00 more if we went with the manufacturer. Thanks a million!!!

Fast Service on a Saturday!

Our refrigerator broke down on a Saturday afternoon and we called over 15 listings trying to find someone who could respond immediately. 24/7 Express was one of the few that answered our call and the ONLY one that could come the same day and not more than 1-1/2 hours after our call. The owner himself came to our rescue in order to ensure prompt service! He found the problem almost immediately and completed the repairs quickly and for an affordable price. We will recommend 24/7 Express to friends and family and will not hesitate to use the service again.

I highly recommend Affordable Repairs. We have worked with them twice and been extremely happy with the service. They have very flexible evening and weekend hours available. I really feel that the gentleman who worked with us both times was very honest about our options for repairing our appliances, and was not trying to run up the labor costs. They are very friendly, responsive, and most importantly, honest!

My family and I were very pleased with the technicians willingness to fix our refrigerator regardless of the time. He kept his appointment with us even though it was 9:30 at night. He was able to fix our refrigerator in a relatively short time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and what he was doing to resolve it. I would refer them to anyone without any hesitation. I'm pleased to say that our refrigerator is still running strong!!

- Overview:
At 24/7 we are proud of our Excellent 4.5 Stars average. Here we bring a business owner's perspective and a response to rare and unfortunate customer complaints and negative reviews online. Customer relations: Why we think a small but vocal minority of consumers go online to hurt businesses and not try mediation. We also discuss an intimidating and bullying customer's possible motives.
As business owners, we also recognize and regret, those rare individuals who have hastily sought to hurt us, or with out much consideration rushed to vent their anger online with out first making an earnest attempt to reach us for a resolution. As far as we know about of the (rare) complaints of unfavorable reviewers, they made prejudged us, publicly with out first reaching the business owners for resolution. There is one unfortunate exception to this unfortunately. We have even had one sad individual who despite the fact that we gave them a full refund and sought a balanced resolution through an arbitration process, when they did not get their way, decided to add insult to injury. Those who know us, know that we are reasonable people. At the same time, we refuse to be bullied! Some wounded individuals have threatened us to use the power of the internet to punish us, unless we do exactly as they demand! At certain times we have drawn a line and refused to be terrorized by such intimidating threats.
We earnestly seek fairness and harmony and have no ill will in our hearts. We do try and see the world and its inhabitants with compassion and realize (hold the view) that the hurt that some hold in their hart is might have to do with a past hurt that they have endured. We wish them and all of sentient beings joy and well being.
PS
Some more thoughts on the matter of customer relations and resolution. I think that life is a process of learning and maturing (also being exposed to certain situations brings about a loss of innocence and weariness). I think that some people (customers) jump to conclusions with out seeing the bigger picture and take things as a personal affront, when in reality other factors are at play.
Also, I feel that I can also learn from some past experiences to respond more quickly when an issue arises. I have also been introduced recently to a system called "NVC" which stands for (non violent communication). I believe that this process can help us deal better with others. I think the basic premise is, to try and see a person one is in conflict with as a human being with the same basic needs that I have. And that if I can empathize and see what basic needs are not met, I can understand, listen better and treat them from a calm, non--defensive place.
